Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, the same energy which is all around us and within us.
Reiki is the name given to a healing modality which evolved in Japan from the experience and dedication of Dr Mikao Usui (d. 1926). Dr Usui was inspired to develop this healing system from ancient teachings after many years of study, personal research and meditation. He spent the rest of his life practising and teaching Reiki.
Today Reiki continues to be taught in the tradition of passing the teachings down from Master to student.
There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can receive or learn to give a Reiki treatment, the only prerequisite is a desire to heal.
To receive Reiki you will lie on a treatment couch or, if you are unable to lie down, the treatment can be given in a sitted position; what's important is for you to be as comfortable as possible. There is no need to remove any clothing. During the session the hands are placed in different positions over the body, sometimes making contact with the body, and sometimes just hovering over an area. The energy is channelled from Universal Source through the hands, and it will flow where is more needed. The aim is to bring balance and harmony back in the physical, mental, energetic, emotional and spiritual bodies.
The way my treatment might differ from a traditional Reiki treatment is that I don't always follow a specific sequence of hand positions, but I let my Heart direct me to the area that needs to be healed. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms.
A full treatment usually takes between 45min and 1 hour.

Soul Realignment® is an intuitive modality created by Andrrea Hess in 2007 that utilises the Akashic Records to gain access to specific information about the Soul.
As a qualified practitioner, I will access the Akashic Records on your behalf to discover who you are at Soul level. In other words, we will find out what your Soul Gifts are, and how to embrace them to live a purposeful and abundant life.
We are all individual expressions of the Divine, with specific qualities that make us who we are, these qualities or gifts are the building blocks of our creative power.
Finding your Divine Gifts will empower you to live your life in a more congruent way, and to be the powerful creator of your experience in alignment with your Soul.
We will uncover any blocks or restrictions that you created in past or present life by making misaligned choices, and how those blocks and restrictions may affect your current life; you will then have the awareness to be able to change those patterns of choice that have prevented you from fulfilling your true potential so far.
The reading is carried out remotely, and I will only ask you few details to be able to access your Akashic Records. We will schedule a phone or video call (usually 2 weeks later) where I will present to you the findings. This session is recorded, so you can access the information at your convenience. After our session, I will send you a personalised clearing request to follow for 21 days to clear all the blocks and restrictions from your Soul's Divine Blue Print.
This is a truly transformational and empowering session, full of insights and, most importantly, actionable steps to change the patterns that might have prevented you from creating the abundant and fulfilling life you are here to experience.
